Hedge Global Technologies provides access to study-abroad and migration support services, including:

• Guidance on admission into institutions across 17 countries.

• Migration advisory services.

• Up to $100,000 in support services (as applicable).

• Partnered access to educational institutions and service providers.

We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or migration success. Our role is advisory and facilitative.

3. Service Fee

We charge a non-refundable service fee of ₦150,000 or $95 USD payable by our payment instructions. This fee covers consultation, application guidance, and facilitation of support services.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;

• Not use our platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities;

• Cooperate with requests for additional documents or verification;

• Pay all applicable fees when due.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Notices and Messages

You agree that we may provide notices and messages to you through:

2. The contact details you provided (email, phone, or physical address).

If your contact information is outdated or incorrect, you may miss important communications.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hedge Global Technologies and its partners, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Breach of these Terms;

• Submission of false or incomplete information;

• Any third-party claims arising from your actions.

11. Service Availability

12. Disclaimer

Hedge Global Technologies acts as a facilitator, not a decision-maker, in admission, visa, or migration processes. We do not:

• Own or control educational institutions;

• Provide visa issuance or approval;

• Lend or manage student funds.

Our services are advisory and subject to the terms of third-party institutions and government policies.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements explicitly referenced, form the complete agreement between you and Hedge Global Technologies. They override any previous agreements or communications.

14. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms;

• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities;

• Fail to pay service fees.

Termination does not affect your obligation to pay outstanding amounts.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be settled in Nigerian courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
